To make a withdrawal from your trading account, simply log in to the Client Portal and submit a withdrawal request. Please note that withdrawal requests submitted before 10 AM AEST/11 AM AEDT (00:00 GMT) will be processed on the same day.
If you're making a bank withdrawal, the funds can only be returned to a bank account that is in the same name as your Afterprime trading account. For credit card withdrawals, only the initial deposit amount can be returned to the card, amounts above this will need to be returned via bank wire.

You can submit a withdrawal from within the client portal under the withdrawal tab.
Withdrawals are typically processed back to the original funding source.
If you funded your trading account using multiple payment systems or multiple wallets within the same payment system, funds must be withdrawn in proportion to the amounts deposited.
If you made a profit then your original funding will go back to the original source and any profits will normally be bank wired.
Your withdrawal request is processed by us within one business day. Your withdrawal request is then sent to our card processors and your bank, and the whole process can take from 1 to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account.
Funds may only be withdrawn to your personal accounts. We do this to safeguard your funds and comply with our AML/CTF obligations.
Afterprime does not apply fees or charges to your withdrawal and we will even cover some of your costs. Your credit card provider, bank or payment system may apply a transaction fee or commission that is beyond our control.
We have the right to investigate, cancel, and/or impose fees/charges (dependent on payment method) on any withdrawal request originating from a trading account with no trading activity or limited trading activity.
